A Combined Microdosing, Breathwork, and Sound Healing Ceremony
is an immersive, multi-sensory somatic experience. This trilogy works synergistically to quiet the ego, release emotional blockages, and regulate the nervous system.
By pairing a sub-perceptual dose of a psychedelic plant medicine or fungi with conscious breathing and vibrational frequencies, participants can access deep states of introspection without the overwhelming intensity of a full macro-dose journey.
